Data that we collect

For members accessing our services we collect both personal and sensitive data e.g.: medical information, to ensure that we can offer appropriate safe services to you.
For donors/supporters of CUAN we only hold personal data i.e.: name, address and contact details. If you are availing of the tax relief on donations we will need to hold your PPSN

Collecting your data

For members we collect information from our membership form and consent forms.
For donors/supporters we collect information when you make a donation. Once you have made a donation we will ask your permission to retain your contact details so that we can share information about CUAN.

How data is stored

All personal and sensitive data is stored securely either in a manual folder or secured in our computer databases.

Marketing

On occasion we may send information to names on our databases to inform you of events, activities or a request to support a specific activity.

You have the right to request that CUAN correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request CUAN to include information where you believe it is incomplete.

You have the right to restrict that CUAN restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
